About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team in Hollywood, MD. As a key member of our high-tech engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and constructing communication SCIFs for military and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to respond to technically challenging and time-critical projects for our military and commercial customers, with a strong emphasis on Navy relations.
  • Manage the design and delivery of small to large projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of a wide scope of contracted services.
  • Develop and maintain relations with current and future clients.
  • Work with technical experts to strategize, plan, and implement programs.
  • Utilize your excellent technical and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and persuasive ability to manage and coordinate efforts of various projects to produce budgeted profits and overall program success.
  • Coordinate and participate in project presentations to military and commercial customers, promoting Dayton T. Brown, Inc.'s capabilities and marketing its services.
Requirements
  • 4-year technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science) with 15+ years' experience in a technical role.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance is required.
  • Military experience, especially Navy, is a plus.
  • Exceptional Project Management or Project Controls PMP and/or PGMP certification is a must.
  • Team player with experience building, leading, and managing a diverse team of technical experts at all levels.
  • Ability and experience in preparing comprehensive budgets, project schedules, planning and managing project revenue and expenses, tracking earned value and estimate to complete.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated with the desire to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to support internal team discussions as well as client-focused meetings and discussions, including negotiation skills and technical writing.
