Job Overview

cFocus Software Incorporated is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Coordinator to contribute to our initiatives supporting the Department of Homeland Security. This role offers the flexibility of remote work arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all services delivered under the Enterprise Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Program Services contract.
  • Ensure the management, administration, technical accuracy, timeliness, and quality of services and products provided under this agreement.
  • Provide and manage the necessary human resources to execute the required activities effectively.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a field related to computer science, engineering, or technology.
  • Possession of an active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience and suitability in working with the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Compliance with 8570 standards (Security+ CE).
  • A minimum of 15 years in IT cybersecurity management, including at least 3 years of direct support for government entities, or a relevant Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in IT cybersecurity management.
  • At least ONE of the following security certifications: Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Information Systems Security Officer (CISSO), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Desirable project management certifications include: Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) P/PM certification Level III, or Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) - P/PM certification Level II.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical, non-technical, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles, processes, and methodologies.
