- Track and Report Metrics: Track and report metrics to assess the effectiveness of Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) Governance initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance and Maintain Relationships: Ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies, and cultivate and maintain relationships with private-sector and federal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree Required: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in facilitation working with stakeholders related to cybersecurity and infrastructure security in private/public sectors.
- Strategic Planning and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and communication within high-stakes environments.
- Conflict Resolution and Communication Skills: Proficiency in conflict resolution and constructive handling of confrontations and disagreements.
- Technical Expertise: Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy, and extensive knowledge of national security policies, particularly NSM-22 and related critical infrastructure protection frameworks.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning Skills: Expertise in leadership and strategic planning, with the ability to navigate complex public-private partnerships and multi-agency collaborations.
- U.S. Citizenship Required: U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- Public Trust Approval: Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust approval.
- DHS Suitability (EOD): DHS Suitability (EOD) is required before start.
