We are currently in search of a Cybersecurity Program Management Specialist to assist a government-focused organization with the oversight and documentation of initiatives and deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to collect data, generate reports, and provide precise information for operational and approval processes.

This position necessitates an active high-level security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical assessments and communicate project metrics and statuses to clients and leadership.
  • Act as the primary contact for organization-wide reporting, including drafting communications for leadership regarding product approvals and updates, as well as daily reports and narratives for operational initiatives.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver valuable support for client projects.
  • Assist in the creation of reports, project documentation, and other program-related materials as required.
  • Coordinate the distribution of information and reporting materials to essential stakeholders.
  • Manage the design, execution, and oversight of workflow processes aimed at enhancing reporting and data collection.
  • Monitor key operational objectives, metrics, and deliverables, ensuring accurate reporting to leadership.
  • Execute special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience:
  • U.S. Citizenship and an active high-level security clearance are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, support, or analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with a Federal Client.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Preference for candidates with TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Strong customer service orientation along with interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting is advantageous.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while demonstrating initiative to complete projects with minimal supervision.

Pay Range - The final compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary range for this role is:
$71, $122,328.00
