As a Customer Support Specialist for the Denver Motor Vehicle (DMV), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to Denver residents regarding their motor vehicle needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving comprehensive training on motor vehicle policies and procedures to effectively process and issue titles and registration documents in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participating in training sessions to gain knowledge of state motor vehicle statutes and practices.
- Developing proficiency in assessing and calculating various motor vehicle fees and taxes.
