The Department of Finance is responsible for the city's financial management, including investment strategies, fiscal analysis, budgeting, debt management, tax assessment, and accounting functions. As a Customer Support Specialist for the Denver Motor Vehicle (DMV), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to Denver residents regarding their motor vehicle needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving comprehensive training on motor vehicle policies and procedures to effectively process and issue titles and registration documents in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participating in training sessions to gain knowledge of state motor vehicle statutes and practices.
  • Developing proficiency in assessing and calculating various motor vehicle fees and taxes.

  • Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional relevant education may substitute for the minimum experience requirements.
  • License/Certifications: A valid Driver's License is required at the time of application.
