Job Title: Data Product Manager - Next Gen Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to lead the charge in democratizing data access for non-technical users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evolving our existing experiences within the Databricks Intelligence Platform to leverage technical innovations such as large language models (LLMs). Your goal will be to create new surfaces to democratize access to data and insights, making it simple for everyone to use the Lakehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the vision and define the roadmap to democratize data in the Lakehouse
  • Define product requirements and work closely with engineering and design counterparts to bring products to life
  • Work closely with customers and field engineering counterparts to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Lead the charge to make Databricks simpler and more accessible to non-technical personas
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products
  • Prior success developing and bringing net new products to market
  • Strong understanding of the business intelligence market and related technologies (e.g. data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, SQL, data visualization)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
