**Job Summary**

My Melrose is seeking a highly skilled LP Auditor to join our team. As an LP Auditor, you will be responsible for performing operational and financial compliance audits, communicating audit results to Store Management and DM, and offering guidance on proper procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct operational and financial compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate audit results to Store Management and DM, providing guidance on proper procedures and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Participate in Loss Prevention related investigations, inventories, and department projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Store Management and DM to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of retail/loss prevention experience or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Auditing or Loss Prevention experience preferred but not required.
