Job Description

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Air Quality Project Manager to lead our team in managing various air quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects, including:

  • New source review (NSR), non-attainment NSR, and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting;
  • Title V permitting;
  • Regulatory air dispersion modeling using US EPA recommended models (e.g., AERMOD);
  • Emission calculations and emissions inventory development;
  • Best available control technology (BACT) assessments; and
  • Regulatory applicability analyses for state, local, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related scientific discipline;
  • At least 7 years of air quality consulting experience, with 2 years as a Project Manager;
  • Understanding of engineering concepts such as chemical processes and emissions control technologies;
  • Proficiency in software and tools applicable to projects (e.g., AERMOD, ArcGIS, TRI-ME).
