Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Quality Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our air quality team, you will be responsible for a full range of activities, including new source review, non-attainment NSR and Prevention of Significant Deterioration permitting, and Title V permitting.

Responsibilities
  • Regulatory air dispersion modeling using the United States Environmental Protection Agency recommended models (e.g., AERMOD)
  • Emission calculations and emissions inventory development
  • Best available control technology assessments
  • Regulatory applicability analyses, to include state, local, and federal regulations
Requirements
  • B.S. or above from an accredited college or university in engineering or a related scientific discipline
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of air quality consulting experience, with at least 2 years as a Project Manager
  • Understanding of engineering concepts such as chemical processes and emissions control technologies
