**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Products Sales Specialist to join our team at Drr Systems Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the industrial products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment and Customer Service: Fill orders by transferring them to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery dates, and explaining stock-outs. Manage inventory levels and perform some inventory management responsibilities.
- Product Knowledge and Customer Support: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our industrial products to answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead Generation and Sales: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about competing products and services in the industrial products market.
- Database Management: Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Quality Improvement: Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to read and understand drawings and bill of materials.
- Industry Experience: Automotive experience a plus. Familiarity with SAP is necessary.
- Additional Requirements: Pass a pre-employment drug test and adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Demands: Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision.
- Travel: Periodic travel, up to 10%, may be required. Overnight travel is not anticipated, but may occur.
