We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative in the fitness industry. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Engage with Members: Welcome and interact with members, providing a positive and energetic experience.
- Present Fitness Programs: Introduce our fitness concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our programs.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, responding to member inquiries, and processing transactions.
- Studio Tours: Provide guided tours of our studio, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
- Introductory Workouts: Assist trainers in guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Sales and Membership Growth: Promote and sell memberships, working closely with trainers and management to drive sales growth.
- Member Support: Respond to member concerns, providing professional and objective support to resolve issues.
- Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and outreach activities to promote our studio and programs.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive member experience.
