About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our After School Program team as a Staff Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate hands-on activities following our curriculum, covering various subjects such as fitness, STEAM, academic adventures, artsy creations, and more.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment where children can grow and develop.
  • Stay connected with parents and family members through regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with state guidelines, our program policies, and host school rules.
  • Perform management functions such as attendance records, registration, and staffing (for certain positions).
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Be medically fit and free of any communicable diseases, including TB.
  • Exhibit warm, friendly, and upbeat personality with exceptional people skills.
  • Be professional, reliable, and punctual.
  • Be able to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and perform other physical tasks to keep up with energetic children.
