Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to support our Visa Consulting and Analytics team on strategic consulting engagements. As a Visa Consulting Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering impactful and financial results for our network clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in team-based consulting projects, analyzing client data and summarizing key findings.
  • Conduct industry research and identify internal and external data resources to create custom analytics.
  • Develop client-specific presentations addressing executive needs and deliver presentations to clients and internal Visa partners.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
Requirements
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, story-telling, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights.
  • Ability to form hypotheses on client issue root causes and validate thinking quickly using data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to understand the root cause of issues and how to drive value for clients.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel and work from the office 2-3 set days a week. Visa is an EEO Employer and welcomes qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.

The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $74,000 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
