Job SummaryThe Logistics Administration Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of paving and hauling projects. This position requires a strong background in accounting and experience in the construction logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accurate timecard entry and processing for truckers in construction projects, ensuring compliance with labor agreements.
- Generate accurate invoices for hauling services, align billing with project agreements, and process payments promptly.
- Produce detailed reports and analyses on project costs, financial performance, and resource utilization.
- Ensure accuracy of job costs by monitoring and reviewing trucking aspects of paving and hauling projects.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction logistics industry, particularly in paving and hauling projects, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using the XBE platform or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional travel to offices throughout the state of New York and New England.
