Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care and the successful implementation of business strategies. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and excellence through effective planning, execution, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, clients, and vendors to ensure exceptional patient care and business success
  • Conduct performance reviews and develop employee scorecards to drive individual and team performance
  • Plan and organize external events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from data and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Experience with business software, Google Drive, and other business tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments
