Job Title: Custodial Specialist II

CRISTA Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and disinfecting tasks, including emptying trash and recycling, and replenishing supplies.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including backpack vacuums and carpet extractors.
  • Set up and take down furniture for events and activities.
  • Monitor assigned areas and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of professional or commercial cleaning experience.
  • Ability to read and write in English, understand rules and procedures, and carry out directions.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of professional or commercial cleaning experience.
  • Driver's license.
