Veterinary Practice Lead

We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as our Medical Director, leading a close-knit team of professionals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care to pets in the Edmonds area.

Your RoleIn this full-time position, you will oversee all aspects of our medical operations, including policy development, procedure implementation, and staff management. Your expertise in small animal medicine, particularly in surgery and chronic disease management, will be invaluable in guiding our team's efforts to provide exceptional patient care. You will also play a key role in building out our services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience in small animal medicine
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a veterinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Possession of AVMA PLIT coverage
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) options, paid time off, and a generous parental leave policy. You will also receive a stipend for continuing education and professional development, as well as relocation assistance if needed.
