- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including electrical design and construction.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience with complex projects in transmission line or substation construction.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic spreadsheet structure, formatting, conditional formatting, shortcuts, basic formulas, and keyboard navigation controls.
- Experience with Vista (Viewpoint) software a plus.
- Ability to pass all company and client-mandated drug and background checking.
