Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including electrical design and construction.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience with complex projects in transmission line or substation construction.
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic spreadsheet structure, formatting, conditional formatting, shortcuts, basic formulas, and keyboard navigation controls.
  • Experience with Vista (Viewpoint) software a plus.
  • Ability to pass all company and client-mandated drug and background checking.
