Job Title: Senior Planner

IMEG Corp is seeking a Senior Planner to lead the design efforts on all project types, act as the project manager on less complex site projects, and assist a senior project manager in project management on more complex site projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan design, plan processing, and plan implementation through the project design process
  • Manage the project's budget to meet the project goals and client expectations
  • Lead and mentor the team's planner graduates and project planners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Environmental Studies, Architecture, or Arts
  • 7 years minimum experience in land development
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification preferred
