Restoration Project Manager

The restoration project manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of designated restoration projects and managing production teams. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, enhancing profit margins, and fostering management and staff development. This management position is pivotal in guiding your team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
  • Provide prompt responses to potential clients.
  • Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software.
  • Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients.
  • Coordinate and supervise crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Review job site documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Oversee production expenses, including equipment and material assets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety practices and risk management guidelines.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production team members.

Position Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus; experience with Xactimate is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with potential earnings ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.
