The restoration project manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of designated restoration assignments and managing production teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the client experience and overall satisfaction, monitored through online feedback.
  • Provide prompt responses to potential clients.
  • Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software.
  • Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients.
  • Schedule and oversee crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Review documentation to support services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements and billing processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production costs, including equipment and material assets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk management guidelines.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of production staff.

Position Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with intermediate math and computer proficiency.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus; experience with Xactimate is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually.
