- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our housing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and external partners, including vendors and contractors.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems and issues that arise in the housing operations, using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two years of business office experience, preferably in a senior living or housing management role.
- Skills: Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office and HUD accounting software; strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Certifications: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification a plus.
