About the Role

Hallmark US Springboard is seeking a highly motivated Sales Floor Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Floor Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping environment for our customers by showcasing our products in a visually appealing manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product display maintenance: Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product displays at assigned stores.
  • Sales floor management: Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a positive shopper experience.
  • Seasonal support: Participate in holiday resets and installations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Team collaboration: Support fellow team members with additional work and installation efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided by Hallmark.
  • You should have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on your shift and location. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week, typically ranging from 6-10 hours per week.
