We are currently seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Community Technician (Administrative Support) to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $46,000 - $50,600 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company contribution, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and discounts on various services and entertainment.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining the therapeutic milieu in residential therapeutic programs, monitoring clients, and ensuring their adherence to established schedules and rules. You will also be required to complete basic documentation, facilitate meetings and educational sessions, and monitor the therapeutic environment to ensure offender compliance with program and MA DOC rules and regulations.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in substance abuse/chemical dependency field or closely related field, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, but not required.
