Job Summary

We are seeking an ABI Assistant Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily program activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily program activities, including transportation and social events.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience working with adults with acquired brain injury and physical or developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
