Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at COQODAQ, a pioneering fried chicken concept from Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled customer experiences and ensuring the seamless execution of our high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality- Promote the core values and culture of COQODAQ, embodying excellence in food, beverage, and service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Hospitality to uphold quality customer experiences.
- Lead service as a section manager, actively engaging in all steps of service, including initial greetings, menu presentation, order taking, beverage service, food presentation, check handling, and farewells.
- Oversee daily restaurant administration, including payroll, opening/closing procedures, service floor plans, and daily walkthroughs.
- Manage hourly employees, providing clear direction and consistent feedback.
- Create systems of accountability and conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Perform back-office POS functions, including employee profiles and menu creation.
- Plan, execute, and communicate promotions and company information effectively.
- Hire, train, supervise, manage, coach, counsel, and evaluate service department staff, including Servers and Server Assistants.
- Act as a role model for outstanding service, continually elevating service standards and embodying hospitality in daily actions.
- Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management, or similar field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and local Department of Health standards.
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 USD per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
