We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist who shares our commitment to early childhood development and our values of integrity, respect, and compassion. Our team-based model provides opportunities for collaboration, mutual support, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, be licensed as a speech therapist in Arizona, and have a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience serving children. Experience working with children with feeding difficulties and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct screening and assessment activities with children on designated caseloads* Integrate information gathered from various sources to develop comprehensive assessments and treatment plans* Provide speech therapy services that are family-centered and reflect developmentally appropriate practice* Collaborate with parents and other team members to design individualized goals and objectives for each child's Individualized Service Plan*
