At UW Health, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Rheumatology Clinic team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality care to patients, working closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Triage phone calls and manage patient relationships with empathy and professionalism.
  2. Conduct injections/procedures, coordinate care, and occasionally room patients in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  3. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Participate in our shared governance structure, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and nursing practice.
  5. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home once orientation is complete.

Requirements:

Minimum – Graduate of a school of nursing.

Preferred – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Minimum – Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred – Relevant RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification.
