Position Overview:

The Client Relationship Banker plays a vital role in supporting banking clients and addressing their inquiries. This position involves executing client account servicing tasks as requested by team members within designated time frames. Responsibilities include assisting clients with banking and loan inquiries, maintaining client databases, updating client information, researching client issues, and distributing workflows for the Banking Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Support Services Team (CSST) to manage daily client transaction activities and ensure timely processing.
  • Handle deposit-related transactions, including account openings and exception resolutions.
  • Develop and implement action plans for client servicing, coordinating with team members across various disciplines for effective execution and follow-up.
  • Document services rendered, specialized procedures, and maintain ongoing communication with clients as necessary.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs behind service requests and communicate effectively with service partners.
  • Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on account setups, past due loans, document requests, and other pertinent information.
  • Maintain knowledge of documentation required for monitoring client relationships and ensure compliance with new account regulations.
  • Familiarize oneself with various business applications essential for relationship management, including online client tools.
  • Strive to achieve proficiency in all core aspects of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or accounting, with a strong client servicing background.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services is essential.
  • Understanding of internal banking operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.

Work Environment:

We offer a balanced hybrid working model, allowing flexibility with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
