About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Ibotta. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for assisting our Benefits Manager with all aspects of benefits administration and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration Tasks:
    • Monitor benefits vendor file feed integration
    • Process 401k eligibility and service requests
    • Review and process benefit events in Workday
    • Answer employee questions and guide them on qualifying life events
    • Maintain and update benefits documents and resources in Workday
    • Track leave of absence updates and reconcile between our leave of absence vendor and Workday
  • HR Administration Tasks:
    • Perform biweekly payroll audits for HSA contributions
    • Assist with administrative tasks for Ibotta's HR team, including account creations and tax audits, review mail items and upload notices and garnishments, and assist with year-end processing and annual tax filings
    • Assist with equity slate preparation, reconciliation of board consent, and updating Workday to reflect board approvals
    • Respond to census reporting requests
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a payroll, human resources, or benefit administration role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility, accountability, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to operate autonomously with an extreme attention to detail
