Job Title: Nursing Assistant

Join Essentia Health as a Nursing Assistant and contribute to the well-being of our patients. As a member of our team, you will provide direct care to patients and support their needs in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs
  • Offer comfort care and other assistance
  • Transfer patients safely and appropriately
  • Take vital signs and maintain accurate recordkeeping
  • Recognize and report changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Requirements:
  • BLS certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date
  • Education qualifications: 6 months of nursing assistant experience, completion of one semester of clinical rotations, or successful completion of an EH provided Nursing Assistant training
