Guest Service Representative

As a Guest Advocate at Target, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating a memorable shopping experience. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, and helping them find what they need. You'll also be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our stores are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

What We're Looking For
- A friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests and colleagues alike

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong sense of initiative and willingness to take on new challenges
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $18.00 per hour
About This Role
This is a part-time role that involves working in a retail environment. As a Guest Advocate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills, as well as build strong relationships with our guests and colleagues.
