Hospice Care Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Nurses Aide (LNA) for a per-diem opportunity to provide hospice care to clients in Windham, VT, Cheshire, and Sullivan, NH counties.
As an LNA, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive care to clients, including LNA, skilled nursing, social, spiritual, and palliative care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Providing light housekeeping and bathing services
- Assisting with grooming and toileting
- Performing vital sign checks and home management tasks
- Assisting with ambulation and medication administration

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have at least one year of work experience, be listed on the VT/NH Aide Registry, and pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
