Job Title: Application Analyst II

Sutter Health is seeking an experienced Application Analyst II to join our team. As an Application Analyst II, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting applications and data integration managed by Information Services (IS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support applications and data integration managed by IS
  • Provide application and technical support for the product line
  • Monitor systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity
  • Provide system analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration
  • Test and train products
  • Ensure applications are optimally planned, documented, validated, adhere to standards, and maintained
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Epic experience is highly desired
  • Epic ClinDoc certification would be a plus
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1 year recent relevant experience
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies
  • Proficient knowledge of healthcare operations and structure
  • Proficient knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure
  • Intermediate understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily work from home within the Sutter Health Northern California footprint with occasional onsite work required at hospitals

Pay Range:

$36.59 to $54.89 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.

Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.

Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
