Accountability
  • Safely and promptly park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain precise records of parked vehicles and ensure secure storage of keys.
  • Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Communication
  • Warmly greet guests, creating a positive first impression.
  • Clearly communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
  • Assist customers with inquiries or concerns, addressing issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Family
  • Encourage a supportive team atmosphere, treating colleagues as family.
  • Assist teammates during busy periods, fostering unity within the department.
Exceptional Service
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guests' parking needs.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor, always striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parking area, removing any debris.
  • Provide additional assistance to guests as required, such as carrying bags.
Profitability
  • Maximize revenue through efficient management of parking spaces and accurate fee collection.
  • Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
About YOU:

To thrive in our company, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Reliable, friendly, and capable of leaving a lasting impression.
  • Physical ability to move quickly and lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in valet or customer service is advantageous.
