As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our facility, including the upkeep of equipment, systems, and grounds.

With a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, you will be expected to inspect the building, equipment, and systems regularly, identifying potential issues before they become major problems. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

In addition to routine maintenance tasks, you will also be responsible for installing and repairing machinery and mechanical equipment, as well as performing preventive measures to reduce the risk of future problems. Your physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in meeting the demands of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technician/mechanical certifications preferred but not required. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with food packaging equipment are also highly desirable.
