Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
Job Description
As a Cleanliness and Maintenance Specialist at Thrive, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of school buildings, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and waxers.
- Assisting with special events and projects, such as preparing spaces for performances, sports events, or conferences.
- Collaborating with the facilities team to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and special projects.
- Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
