We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a direct impact on the productivity and success of our manufacturing and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, integration, upgrades, and maintenance for all networked and locally attached computing equipment
  • Unpack and inventory equipment shipped to site
  • Repair, replace, and creatively solve hardware and software issues for all computing equipment supporting this isolated environment
  • Work closely with IT management and site programs to determine support requirements, priorities, and support needs
  • Implement and maintain new processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, risk reduction, and program excellence
  • Collaborate with the Southeast Regional Manager to ensure security guidelines, computing standards, and best practices are being followed
  • Provide status reports and effectively communicate to IT and site management on all outstanding matters/issues
