Job Title: Software Implementation Consultant, Higher Education

At Syntellis Performance Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Professional Services department, you will lead software implementation projects with our higher education clients across the country.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced consultants who have a deep understanding of higher education finance. As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading multidimensional software implementation projects and developing valuable client relationships.
  • Collaborating with client executives to understand client business objectives and design optimal processes and software configurations to fulfill these goals.
  • Configuring client systems and validating client software user-adoption.
  • Training client finance leadership teams on our software and recommended best practices.
  • Providing advisory services to help clients best use our software products.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a consulting or finance-related role with demonstrated success working with clients.
  • Hands-on financial experience in a corporate or consulting environment, preferably involved in higher education budgeting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
