About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at LTD Global. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and validate lead lists to identify potential business opportunities
  • Research and develop warm leads through various marketing channels
  • Contact prospects via phone and email to set up appointments and close deals
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to build strong relationships and upsell/cross-sell services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • B2B working experience as a sales professional preferred
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or business a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting and HR services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
