ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client, Thomas Talent Network, LLC, is a prominent player in the Heavy Civil Construction sector.

They focus on a diverse range of projects including Bridge Construction, Bridge Restoration, Roadway Rehabilitation, and Water/Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Their expertise extends to Concrete Bridge Overlays, Concrete Paving, and Alternative Delivery Projects, which encompass Design Build, CMGC, CMAR, and Progressive Design Build throughout various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of new scopes of work swiftly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with Union Representatives.
- Interpret and communicate estimates and budgets to the project management team.
- Oversee the tracking and claiming of production quantities.
- Direct the timely preparation of crew work plans.
- Supervise various crews including:
- Structural concrete slabs, walls, and decks.
- Above ground/Mechanical/Process piping.
- Underground process piping.
- Shoring for underground piping and general excavation.
- Manage multiple crews with diverse competencies typical of WTP/WWTP construction projects.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years as a superintendent, overseeing all aspects of:
- Repairs and retrofitting within existing Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).
- Construction of new segments or entire facilities, including:
- Pump Stations
- Blowers
- Holding Ponds
- Primary/Secondary Clarifiers
- Aeration/Anoxic Basins
- Chemical Storage and Conveyance Systems
- Filters
- Bypass systems.


- Proficiency in essential software applications is required:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- BlueBeam or Adobe
- Heavy job or equivalent timecard management software.
- Candidates must provide a project list prior to the interview process.
