Position Overview:
As a Water Treatment Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the comprehensive operations of water treatment facilities. This position requires a dedicated professional with extensive experience in managing various aspects of water and wastewater treatment processes.

Location:
Sacramento, CA

Eligibility:
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all operations related to:
- Maintenance and upgrades of existing Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).
- Construction of new facilities or expansions of current WTP/WWTP, including:
- Pump Stations
- Blowers
- Holding Ponds
- Primary and Secondary Clarifiers
- Aeration and Anoxic Basins
- Chemical Storage and Conveyance Systems
- Filters
- Bypass Systems.

2. Develop strong client relationships and effectively collaborate with Union Representatives.

3. Oversee budget management, including:
- Understanding and communicating estimates and costs to the project management team.
- Leading the tracking and claiming of production quantities.

4. Coordinate the assembly of crew work plans and manage multiple crews across various specialties typical of WTP/WWTP projects, such as:
- Structural concrete
- Mechanical and process piping
- Underground piping
- General excavation and shoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
2. Proficiency in essential software applications, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- BlueBeam or Adobe
- Heavy Job or equivalent timecard management software.
