Your primary focus will be to ensure that patients, their families, and guardians receive top-notch service and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all front desk activities and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and staff to foster positive relationships.
  • Handle scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule: This position requires 32-34 hours per week, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental setting with a focus on customer service is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing various responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new software as needed.
