Clinical Support Staff

Location: Nokomis, MN

Pay: $18 - $33.70 per hour

FTE: 32, 36 or 40 Hours per Week (Monday - Friday)

We are seeking motivated healthcare professionals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care to join our dynamic clinical support staff team. As a clinical support staff member, you will be responsible for escorting patients to exam rooms and documenting vital information, preparing and administering medications and immunizations as directed, and assisting with procedures such as ear lavages and EKGs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital information.
  • Prepare and administer medications and immunizations as directed.
  • Assist with procedures, including ear lavages and EKGs.
  • Complete standard rooming processes and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification.
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
  • One or more years of related experience preferred.
