We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Generalist to join our team at McGrath Arlington Kia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and administration
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal employment regulations
  • Maintain knowledge of payroll and employment regulatory changes
  • Provide support to the executive team as needed
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Proficiency in Dealertrack and Netchex a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to self-manage with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience serving 100+ employees
  • Bachelor's degree and/or professional certification in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Dealertrack, Netchex, or automotive dealership software
  • Ability to generate custom reports and automate processes
  • Excellent inter-personal conflict resolution skills
