Role: Senior Project Manager IT (Agile and Waterfall)

Location: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6+ Months with potential for extension

Employment Type: W2

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the Dealer Communication System across various business sectors.

2. Foster a high-performing team that includes associates, contingent staff, and vendor partners.

3. Meet the project delivery objectives for the DCS system, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards while establishing processes and methodologies for effective delivery and operation of complex dealer-facing applications within a multi-partner environment.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

- Strong customer-focused mindset with 7-10 years of experience in IT business or product development.

- 5-8 years of supervisory experience.

- 3-5 years of experience managing teams, groups, and vendors.

- 5-8 years of project management experience utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- 5-8 years of technical management experience.

- 3-5 years of experience collaborating with business units and enterprise organizations such as Legal, Procurement, and Enterprise Architecture.

- 2-3 years of experience in procuring and managing outsourced and offsite partners.

- Proven ability to plan and govern strategic and tactical directions aligned with organizational goals.

- Strong professional writing skills.

- Technical proficiency in mobile, web, and services-based solutions.

- Experience with dealer automotive systems, DCS/DMS projects, or similar technology initiatives is advantageous.

- Familiarity with management-level presentations.

- Experience in delivering high-volume transaction applications.

- Proven experience in budget management (minimum $5M).

- Background in leading application development and portfolio support.

- Experience with client-server, SaaS, and PaaS environments is preferred.

- Familiarity with Liferay platform implementations is a plus.
