Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Mobile Destination in Portland, TX. As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for presenting and promoting Verizon Wireless products and services to existing and prospective customers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote Verizon Wireless products and services to customers
  • Perform needs analysis to meet customer needs
  • Reach out to customer leads and expedite issue resolution
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have experience in a customer-facing role
  • Must be a team player with a lot of energy and a will to win
