Key Responsibilities
Your role in recruitment coordination involves guiding candidates through our application process and ensuring a successful alignment between clients and candidates. Establishing harmonious relationships is paramount, as we aim for mutual satisfaction in the hires we facilitate. Proactive communication is second nature to you; you readily engage with candidates via phone to provide information and address their inquiries. You communicate with precision, leaving candidates feeling valued and inspired, driven by your genuine desire to assist them in advancing their careers.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in Client Accounting Services (CAS) or CPA firm environments, including full-cycle bookkeeping and monthly accounting close processes
- 2-3 years of recent experience with QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with popular QBO-integrated applications (e.g., BILL, Melio, Gusto, Expensify, Divvy, Ramp, Dext, Tallie, Karbon, Hubdoc, Uncat, Keeper, SaasAnt, third-party payment processors)
- CPA or MSA certification is advantageous
- Experience in recruitment or hiring within a remote accounting context is a significant plus
- Compensation will be determined based on experience and interests
- This position starts as a temporary role with flexible hours (5-10 hours per week) and is fully remote, with potential for growth over the next 6-12 months
- Future commission opportunities may be available
