Duties and Responsibilities

The Financial Aid Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining front counter operations for student-facing activities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, families, and external agencies
  • Assisting students with completing financial aid applications and resolving issues related to financial aid packages
  • Facilitating in-person and online workshops to support FAFSA completion and other financial literacy topics

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have relevant experience in financial aid, preferably in higher education. A strong understanding of state and federal financial aid rules and regulations is essential.
