- Oversee the Service Desk operations by responding to IT support requests through various channels and ensuring timely assistance.
- Facilitate the provision of testing equipment for Quality Assurance projects.
- Administer local servers, systems, and network devices while implementing global policies.
- Negotiate and maintain contracts with vendors and consultants.
- Manage and audit IT assets within the organization.
- Document all services and systems comprehensively.
- Conduct vulnerability scanning and patching of endpoints.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or relevant certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer service mindset to interact professionally with end-users.
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.
Employees may be required to perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting, as well as assisting in the transfer and lifting of individuals.
