Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT manager in executing all IT-related operations.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve hardware and software inquiries, including managing user accounts and access privileges.
  • Oversee the Service Desk operations by responding to IT support requests through various channels and ensuring timely assistance.
  • Facilitate the provision of testing equipment for Quality Assurance projects.
  • Administer local servers, systems, and network devices while implementing global policies.
  • Negotiate and maintain contracts with vendors and consultants.
  • Manage and audit IT assets within the organization.
  • Document all services and systems comprehensively.
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning and patching of endpoints.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Associate degree or relevant certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer service mindset to interact professionally with end-users.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.
Physical Requirements


Employees may be required to perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting, as well as assisting in the transfer and lifting of individuals.
